A. Conditions of Franchise Granting:

1.Holding years of experiences in the sales of leather goods;
2.Having sufficient economic strength for franchised operation;
3.Showing awareness of brand operation;
4.Having booth in the busiest commercial section in your area or a certain area of special counter in a commercial mall in the busiest commercial section in your area;
5.Enterprises with the intent to cooperate with any department store or commercial malls in any areas in China;
6.Willing to accept the guidance and trainings of our company in the aspects of operation, standardization of storefront decoration and business knowledge.

B. Procedures of Applying for Franchise

l.Client proposes the intent of franchise application;
2.Filling in forms which shall be submitted to the head office by email, fax, or by courier;
3.Submitting relevant documents (to be sent to the head office by courier)
4.Applicant’s information (introduction of company, operational status, investment plan, etc)
5.Franchised store or counter (address, layout, surrounding environment, etc)
6.Site investigation and survey by our regional manager;
7.Offering professional analysis of investment return;
8.Signing of contract;
9.Collection of security and other expenses;
10.Preparation of goods and collection of payment for goods;
　 Preparation for opening; Training of shop assistants; Display of goods
11.Opening of franchised store (opening promotion and creation of business atmosphere)
